During my more than twenty years practising commercial law I have acquired considerable experience from most aspects of this area. I have also worked a lot with litigation and white collar crime, acquiring experience that often pays off in commercial law contractual contexts.

Contract law
I have considerable experience in the writing of purchase agreements, franchise contracts, agency agreements, various partnership and joint venture agreements, transport contracts and general purchase & delivery terms and conditions for a variety of industries.

Corporate law
I have considerable experience from areas such as company formation, agreements on capital contribution, shareholder agreements, mergers and acquisitions, structural issues and stock enhancement for major corporations, as well as various registration issues dealing with the Swedish companies registration office. I am accredited as a liquidator and have conducted many corporate liquidations. Furthermore, I have served as chairman at many general meetings in both private limited and listed companies. Mergers and Acquisitions
I have participated in several mergers and acquisitions (relating to both stocks & shares as well as assets & liabilities) and also undertaken legal due diligence for transfer of both public listed companies and private corporations.

Real estate law
I have worked on rental property transfers, conversions and transfers to tenant owner associations, disputes relating to faults in real estate and surveyor responsibility. I have considerable experience on issues relating to tenants in commercial premises and rental agreements for commercial properties and shopping-centre facilities. I also have considerable experience of rental negotiations with rent and tenancy tribunals on the subject of rents and other rental conditions, as well as respite from removal.

Economic crime
I have many years of experience as a public defender in major white-collar crime cases; this is experience that has proven itself to be invaluable in commercial and business cases too.

Intellectual property rights specializing in infringement cases
I have many years of experience in judicial procedure concerning trademark and copyright infringement cases. I have drawn up licence agreements, co-existence contracts in the EU and agreements for granting contract rights and transfer of intellectual property right. Litigation & arbitration
I have a solid bank of experience from Swedish and international cases relating to arbitration concerning disputed claims, trademark and copyright infringement, bankruptcy cases and defamation law. My case experience also comes into its own in the commercial law contractual context.

Freedom of the press
I have handled several disputes and trials relating to defamation in freedom of the press cases.
