Having worked together with interesting and discerning clients for more than twenty years, I have become closely acquainted with a variety of commercial and industrial operations and their varied preconditions and requirements. I often harness these experiences to forge creative synergies for my clients, promoting their interests onward and upward.

Commerce and clothing
I have worked with many of the Nordic region’s leading chains of clothes shops, not least in connection with the establishment of their business operations abroad through companies and branch offices. I have also worked on cooperation and franchise agreements, international trade and related contract law issues, transportation & logistics as well as ethical matters on the subject of child labour, employee conditions and so on.

Commercial real estate, shopping & service centres and shopping malls
I have many years of experience with the commercial rental market and its specific business models. As a representative of both landlords and tenants at various times, I have written rental contracts, cooperation agreements and agreements for the formation of tenant associations and tenant companies for a variety of shopping precincts. I have represented major property owners in the restructuring of their properties and, as agent for shop chains and individual shop-owners, have negotiated on rents and rental terms and conditions.

The car industry
For many years now I have worked on contracts and various legal issues related to car dealers, for instance cooperation with importers and responsibility vis-à-vis customers. See also my board appointments.

International commerce and trading
Since the end of the 1980s, I have worked on import-related issues, particularly regarding imports from China to the EU, and I have considerable hands-on experience from and knowledge of contract negotiation and business discussions in this area.

Aviation
I have experience from the aviation industry and its special legal preconditions, such as aircraft leasing agreements, permit-related issues and organisation aspects. I am also familiar with the business models used for operating low cost airlines.
